Bodrum Wedding Photo Delivery · Selection, Editing and Files

How Many Photos Do You Get From a Bodrum Wedding Photographer?

There is no reliable universal number per hour.
The useful answer is the quantity written for your exact coverage,
together with a clear definition of high-resolution images,
detailed retouching, RAW files, previews, gallery access and archive time.

Fere Studio’s current published wedding collections range from
hundreds to several thousand high-resolution images depending on
hours, team size and production scale.
Your signed Bodrum proposal—not an online average—defines the final commitment.

  • High-Resolution Gallery
  • Detailed Retouching
  • RAW Files When Contracted

The Direct Answer

How Many Wedding Photos Should You Expect?

Use a Contracted Range, Not “Photos Per Hour”

Fere Studio’s currently published examples include
350–600 high-resolution images for an eight-hour wedding collection,
500–1,200 images for another eight-hour collection
and 1,000–1,900 images for larger-team collections.

Shorter engagement and pre-wedding examples start with smaller ranges,
while the largest published production lists up to 3,000 high-resolution images.

These are examples from Fere Studio’s live package page,
not a universal Bodrum average.

The actual commitment should match the event days, photographers,
simultaneous spaces, privacy, editing and delivery requested.

Do not compare only one headline number.
A proposal for 600 selected photographs may be more clearly defined
than “unlimited photos” with no selection, editing, duplication or delivery standard.

Three Numbers Couples Often Confuse

Captured Files, Delivered Images and Detailed Retouching Are Not the Same

Captured

Everything recorded by the cameras before technical and editorial selection.

Delivered

The selected high-resolution photographs supplied according to the contract.

Retouched

A smaller selected group receiving detailed portrait-level work.

Captured Files

Coverage creates repeated expressions, safety frames, lighting tests, blinks, focus checks, transitions and overlapping angles. These should not be counted as a polished client gallery.

Delivered High-Resolution Images

The delivery range should describe selected photographs, file format, resolution, colour treatment, download access and whether duplicates are removed.

Detailed Retouching

Skin, distracting details, fabric, background cleanup or more precise local corrections take longer than standard exposure and colour finishing.

Ask the photographer to define “edited.”
It may mean basic colour and exposure correction,
or it may imply detailed retouching.
Those are different workloads and should not be presented as the same deliverable.

Current Published Fere Studio Examples

How Delivery Changes With the Scope of Coverage

Published Collection Example High-Resolution Images Detailed Retouching Important Context
3-hour engagement coverage 50–80 12 photographs Short session with a limited event structure.
3-hour pre-wedding coverage 100–180 20 photographs Portrait-led session rather than a complete wedding day.
Up to 8-hour intimate wedding 350–600 35 photographs One photographer and one videographer in the current published collection.
Up to 8-hour expanded collection 500–1,200 50 photographs More film production does not by itself define the still-photo count; the written collection does.
Up to 8-hour larger-team wedding 1,000–1,900 60 photographs Two photographers and broader production responsibilities in the current package table.
Professional multi-event collection 1,000–1,900 100 photographs Includes an additional pre-wedding production day in the published scope.
Published ultra-large production 1,500–3,000 100 photographs Extensive team and production; not a typical or universal wedding example.

What Should the Delivery Include?

A Number Is Useful Only When the Files and Access Are Defined

Digital Gallery

Resolution, file format, password, download rights, guest access and gallery expiry should be written.

Editing Levels

Standard finished images and detailed retouching should have separate definitions and quantities.

Original and RAW Files

When RAW delivery is included, the contract should define format, access, storage and whether technical or unusable frames are excluded.

Eight Delivery Terms

Define These Before Comparing Image Counts

Captured Files

All camera files created during coverage, including repeated frames, test exposures, blinks, technical checks and overlapping angles.

Delivered High-Resolution Images

The selected photographs supplied to the client in the resolution and file format defined by the package or contract.

Professionally Retouched Images

A smaller selected group receiving more detailed work than standard colour and exposure correction.

RAW Files

Original camera files when specifically included, with format, access, storage and selection rules defined in writing.

Preview Images

A small early selection delivered before the complete gallery when a preview milestone is included.

Online Gallery

A digital delivery space whose password, download rights, duration and guest access should be agreed.

Album Selection

The photographs chosen for album design, which are not necessarily the same as the detailed-retouching selection.

Archive Period

The period for which the studio agrees to retain delivered or original files after final delivery.

What Changes the Final Count?

Why Two Bodrum Weddings With the Same Hours May Deliver Different Galleries

Event Structure

A ceremony, family dinner and portrait session create a different story from preparation, henna, ceremony, reception, performances and after-party.

Several Event Days

Welcome dinners, yacht events, engagement, wedding day and farewell events each add separate visual chapters and post-production.

Number of Photographers

Additional photographers can cover simultaneous responsibilities and different angles, but duplicated frames should still be edited intelligently.

Separate Locations or Halls

Independent preparation, women-only and men’s celebrations or distant ceremony and reception spaces can require parallel teams.

Guest Count and Programme

Guest count affects image quantity when it changes family groups, table coverage, entrances, performances and simultaneous moments.

Documentary Versus Portrait Time

A dense documentary programme often creates more sequences, while a carefully directed portrait session may produce fewer but more controlled finals.

Privacy Restrictions

Guest opt-outs, women-only spaces, publication restrictions and separated files can change selection and gallery organisation.

Technical Conditions

Wind, yacht movement, dark reception light, LED screens, rain or difficult access can increase repeated safety frames without increasing the useful final story.

Selection Standard

A disciplined edit removes closed eyes, near-duplicates, missed focus and frames that do not improve the complete story.

Bodrum Destination Context

How a Bodrum Wedding Can Change the Delivery

Bodrum Wedding Structure Delivery Effect What to Confirm
One resort, one event day A more compact story with less travel and fewer disconnected chapters. Coverage hours, family groups, portrait time and reception finish.
Welcome dinner + wedding day Separate galleries or one chronological multi-day story. Whether each day has its own minimum or expected image range.
Yacht or gulet event More environmental sequences and movement, with technical repetition caused by sea conditions. Boarding, safety, weather, storage, guest movement and file separation.
Several peninsula locations Travel reduces shooting time while creating visually different chapters. Exact travel buffer and whether off-property portraits have a separate delivery expectation.
Separate wedding halls Independent teams may create parallel galleries and privacy rules. Female team, file access, editor access and delivery separation.
Pre-wedding session Adds a portrait-led collection that should not be confused with the wedding-day count. Session hours, locations, retouching and whether images enter the album.

Selection Workflow

What Happens Between the Wedding and the Final Gallery?

1. Secure and Organise

Files are copied, checked and organised by date, camera, photographer and event section according to the production workflow.

2. Remove Technical Failures

Missed focus, accidental frames, lighting tests and clearly unusable files are separated from the client selection.

3. Compare Repeated Moments

Near-identical expressions and overlapping camera angles are reviewed so the gallery remains complete without unnecessary repetition.

4. Build the Story

Preparation, ceremony, portraits, family, decor, reception and guests are balanced rather than selected only by visual drama.

5. Finish the Gallery

Selected photographs receive the standard colour and exposure treatment defined by the studio workflow.

6. Complete Detailed Retouching

The agreed smaller selection receives more precise portrait or cleanup work.

7. Prepare Delivery

High-resolution files, gallery access, previews, RAW files and album selections are prepared according to the contract.

8. Confirm Archive and Privacy

The studio and client follow the agreed download, storage, publication, supplier-sharing and deletion rules.

9. Design Products

Album and print selections continue through proofing, revision, production and shipping when included.

RAW Files

Should You Receive the Original Camera Files?

There is no universal rule.
Fere Studio’s current published package page lists full RAW-file delivery,
but the practical meaning should still be written clearly.

File Format and Software

RAW files require compatible software and do not look like the final edited photographs.

Technical Frames

Clarify whether tests, duplicates, missed focus, accidental frames and corrupted files are excluded from “full RAW delivery.”

Storage Size

Destination weddings and multiple cameras can create a large transfer requiring drives, cloud storage or separate delivery arrangements.

Editing and Attribution

Define whether third-party edits may be published and how the photographer is credited when an altered image no longer represents the studio finish.

Privacy

RAW files can contain every captured guest and moment, so access rules may need to be stricter than the selected gallery.

Backup Responsibility

After delivery, the client should create independent backups rather than relying on indefinite studio storage.

Real Selection Evidence

A Large Wedding Shows Why Captured Files and Final Photos Differ

A verified two-day wedding production at Burj Al Arab in Dubai
covered approximately 250 guests with two photographers,
five videographers and a twelve-person total team.

2 Event Days
Approx. 250 Guests
2 Photographers
5 Videographers
12-Person Total Team
Approx. 2,500 Captured Files

The photography delivery included approximately 500 final photographs,
with 200 selected photographs receiving professional retouching,
alongside album and personal-use delivery.

This was a Dubai project, not a Bodrum wedding or universal delivery ratio.
Its value is the distinction between production volume,
final story selection and detailed retouching.
The client’s name and project price are not published.

Contract Checklist

What Should Be Written About Wedding Photo Delivery?

  • Expected or guaranteed range of selected high-resolution photographs.
  • Definition of standard editing and detailed retouching.
  • Quantity and selection method for detailed retouched photographs.
  • Whether RAW files are included and which technical files may be excluded.
  • Preview quantity and delivery milestone, when offered.
  • Complete-gallery delivery milestone and what can change it.
  • File formats, resolution, colour profile and download method.
  • Online-gallery password, guest access and expiry period.
  • Album selection, proofing rounds and production responsibility.
  • Archive duration and responsibility for client backups.
  • Personal-use rights, publication consent and supplier sharing.
  • Privacy rules for separate halls, restricted guests and editors.
Avoid “unlimited photos” unless the contract defines selection and quality.
A useful agreement commits to a finished deliverable,
not every shutter press regardless of focus, expression or duplication.

Frequently Asked Questions

Bodrum Wedding Photo Delivery FAQ

How many photos do you get from a Bodrum wedding photographer?

The correct answer is the range written in the proposal. Fere Studio’s current eight-hour wedding examples range from 350–600 to 1,000–1,900 high-resolution images depending on the collection and team.

Is 50–100 wedding photos per hour a reliable rule?

No. It ignores event structure, photographers, simultaneous spaces, duplicate removal, selection standard and editing. Use the project-specific delivery range instead.

Are all delivered photographs fully retouched?

Not necessarily. Standard finished gallery images and detailed portrait retouching should be defined separately. Current Fere Studio packages list a specific detailed-retouching quantity.

Does Fere Studio deliver RAW files?

The current published package page lists full RAW-file delivery. The contract should still define format, technical exclusions, transfer, privacy and storage.

Do two photographers always double the final photo count?

No. They can cover simultaneous responsibilities and more angles, but overlapping or repeated frames should not automatically enter the final gallery.

Does a multi-day Bodrum wedding receive more photographs?

Usually the scope is larger because each event adds a visual chapter, but every day should have a written coverage and delivery expectation.

Should a pre-wedding session be counted with the wedding photos?

Only when the proposal says so. It is clearer to define the pre-wedding and wedding-day ranges separately.

How soon are the photographs delivered?

There is no universal delivery time. Ask for written preview, full-gallery, retouching and album milestones, plus the conditions that can change them.

How long does the photographer keep the files?

The archive period should be stated in the agreement. Couples should create independent backups after delivery.

What information is needed for a Bodrum delivery estimate?

Send every event date, hours, venue, guest count, photographers, separate halls, pre-wedding session, privacy, RAW needs, retouching, album and expected gallery structure.
